He has been instrumental in driving a 30X revenue growth in the last 5 years. He has overseen the growth of Magicbricks from a small 70-member team into a 1400+ people company. He’s recruited and nurtured a strong leadership and management team. Magicbricks has scaled up significantly under his watch; and now attracts over 30 Million traffic per month, with over 1.5 Million Active Listings, offices across 35+ cities across India.
This success has come through a carefully thought-out strategy, backed by dogged execution. While Sudhir is a hands-on manager, his over-riding focus has been on (a) directional clarity and alignment within the team (b) on developing a strong, shared internal culture and (c) recruiting and nurturing a strong team. Sudhir and his team at Magicbricks continue to work on their common vision of making Magicbricks the most dominant real estate portal, this side of the world.
